03-12 Bill German started with a Rolling Stones Fanzine which soon became the bands official newletter. He soon was on tour with the Stones. His book tells all!

Bill German for many years wrote, researched and published his “fanzine” for the Rolling Stones; Beggars Banquet. And it led him to hanging out with members of the band for over 17 years. He was invited to parties with Keith and Woody, went on tour, with the band and so much more. He wrote a book a few years ago, which has just been update for the 60th anniversary of the Rolling Stones this year. The new version includes update information including an interview that Bill did with one of the original band member: Ian Stewart. The book is titled: Under Their Thumb – How A Nice Boy From Brooklyn Got Mixed Up With The Rolling Stones. The new edition is available on Amazon.
